Gratefulness

Gratefulness is like ‘Always look on the bright side of life’. ¶¶¶
It is possible to feel grateful with everything when we see the gifts in everything.
This is not something we humans are used to do. We are still more used to talk about the things that don’t please us.
To detect the gratefulness more and more automatically, it takes practice. Especially in our world these days.
I have been practicing for quite some time now with being aware of everything I’m thankful for every night before I go to sleep. Sometimes in a sec because I want to go to sleep, and sometimes extensively.

I have been writing almost daily on Gratitudelog.com, just because I like it so much.
And I did the ‘WORLD GRATITUDE GATHERING’ twice already. Online, for 42 days everyday ’Aligning with Your Heart’s Calling Gratitude’.
Not so long ago I got an email of ‘Go Gratitude’. They started a new ‘Wave of Gratitude’ at Sept. 18. You could still sign up!

There was a great blog post link in that mail too, with a picture of a crop circle in the Netherlands. It is made by designers though, in two days, in honour of the existence of 200 year of the Wilhelminapolder (a region in the Netherlands).
Still it is a beauty!

It says also beautifully,

  • Follow our bliss
  • Be the peace we seek
  • Find the gift in the challenge
  • Choose an Attitude of Gratitude
  • Live from center, practicing the art of conscious co- creation and cooperation
  • Focus our thoughts, actions and choices on supporting the continuance of Life
  • Love ourselves & the experience of being ALIVE!
  •

At the bottom of that article there are some links, including a link to worldpuja.org which has an interview in their archive with Gregg Braden about ‘Fractal time’. Worldpuja has a great archive and is an interesting site to have a look at.

Gregg Braden talks about fractal time on lots of youtube video’s too.

This is part1/cd1 of the audio book.
