Time traveling.

I have been writing before about Marty Dow (here) and her free e-book with exercises.
In her exercises, visualization exercises, she says to put somebody or yourself in the light, what you like to see, visualize it as done, and than, and that is the great part, imagine you tell it to your friends.
Like that we step through time into the future and talk about the past.
Now that is time traveling. 😉
The point is that we feel it. Feel like it is already done, the situation we wish is already there.
The trick to tell it to your friends makes it easier to get into that feeling.

This week I got the newsletter from Joe Vitale wherein he talks about something the same. (you can read it online here)
It is called ‘Remembering process, remembering your future past’.

He writes about him saying to Daniel Barrett, when Daniel was visiting him regarding producing an album, ‘congratulations, it was great to see your book on the bestsellers list of The New York Times’.
While there is no book yet.
Joe stepped into the future and talked about the past. Across time and space.

Joe gave Daniel his own words back.
In a previous lesson Daniel had said to Joe ‘it is easier to remember than to create’, because Joe was struggling with writing his first song. Daniel asked Joe to to remember what his first song was about, how it sounded, the words, the melody, the chords. He didn’t ask him to create it, he asked him to remember it!

Dan’s process is like going far into the future, after it already happened, past tense, pluperfect, and doing your best to remember how you did it.
Daniel says, ‘this process is akin to visualization. The only drawback of visualization is that once you start connecting to universal time, visualizing can almost take something “out of” your field. Wanting it suggests that you might not get it. Remembering it affirms that somewhere in the time space continuum you have had this thing for years. Eons. Really, forever since those measurements are pretty arbitrary when placed next to the other model of time’.

My daughter and I where not really on one line two weeks ago. That gave quite some displeasure. The feelings where ‘logical’. For both parties. It was a bad situation and I didn’t saw/knew a solutions right away.
Right through it all I started to focus on, I started to see, hear inside myself, and feel, that there will be a time (is a time) where we can laugh about this. That the drama is over. No emotional impact anymore. A part of the process.

I started looking at all the good that is coming out of this situation. What happened is good because the change we asked for, together, in ourselves, happened. We where not yet listening to the story about the changed wanted, the good we wanted, we were more focused on the things we didn’t like, so it made what we didn’t want worse and more clear.

I started to focus on all the things I like and is good together, and of my daughter. All I appreciate.
So my attention went away from, and stayed away from the things that were not so nice while that was still playing a part. I didn’t want to create more of it.

I also concentrated on all the good things already emerged from this. On the future. The time we laugh about this situation. The time it is good it happened.
That´s time traveling. Focussing on what already emerged., while it is still emerging.
Like Abraham say, in the vortex!
It works! 😉

To discuss something from the future, review it and/or feel it, is what Daniel and Joe talk about. Going back as it is already done.
In the universe where time and space don’t exist that is very normal.
They put it in a clear process, with a book written by Daniel Barrett :D, ‘The remembering process’.

I remember I wrote that first song,
signed that contract,
witnessed that ‘drama’
felt better just like that,
I received that big amount,
met you! 😀
It is all so different now!

  1. First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick
question that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head
before writing. I have had difficulty clearing
my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing
but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend
to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints?
    Appreciate it!

    Hi,

Thanks for your comment. Nice you like this blog I don’t write that much on anymore. 🙂

First I would like to say, don’t make those first 10 to 15 min. wasted! Make them part of the process.
Secondly, when I have an idea for writing I write down what my thoughts are the moment I get the idea, because otherwise I tend to forget. 😉 That helps to begin.
And sometimes when I can’t seem to get a beginning I just start in the middle till I’m in the flow, and the beginning will just come later.

Just relax, don’t make a problem out of anything, that’s the best advice I can give you.

    😀 Anita
